Last night I got the call no landlord wants "it's freezing in here!!!!".It was after 5 and and Hal Fish returned my call within minutes and reported to the house within a half hour. Because they didn't have the proper part needed (even checking with the shop!!) Tom came back to the tenant with 3 space heaters to get her through the night!! It was fixed this morning and I could not be happier with the level of service my tenant and I received.Thank you so much!

Came home to discover it was 42 degrees and no heat. It was 4:00 on Friday. I called and they were here in 10 minutes. They were great. He didn't have the part he needed and he called and another guy went to get it for him. I'm so grateful!

I can’t thank Jared and his crews enough! I was trying to get a warranty honored and they worked with me every step of the way. It took two months, time on hold with the product tech department, lots of unplanned service calls, and loaning me space heaters for the coldest nights of the year to keep me warm and the pipes from freezing, but I now have a new install, heat, and hot water! 5 stars all the way!!Service: Heating system repair
