Very professional both times he came out (first time to order parts, second time to fix it). Had my stove fixed in under 30 minutes with a keen eye for detail. Highly recommend and will use again for future repairs.
We needed an urgent repair to our oven as we are getting set to move out of our house. I was able to get a diagnostic appointment the first day that was open for me. Bernie diagnosed the repair, ordered the part needed and set an appointment that allowed time for the part to get here. I got the part the next day (on a Saturday) and I was able to reschedule the installation two days later. Fantastic service!
