Beth from Ensor and Sours went above and beyond to help me. Even though she didn’t have a repair technician immediately available, she did everything she could to get someone out to my property. She sent Tim, an installation technician, after he finished another project.

Tim arrived and within minutes diagnosed the real issue — a bad motor. He explained the problem clearly, replaced the motor, rewired some things on the AC, and cleaned the inside of the unit. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference.

“Scott and his crew put in an HVAC in my house 5 years ago and it's been issue free after the recent heatwave my compressor went out and I contacted Scott about the issue he responded to me at 9:00 p.m. at night and told me he would try to get somebody there first thing in the morning to look at the issue. True to his word they were out at my house at 6:30 in the morning and looked over the unit and discover that the compressor was not functioning properly. They promptly ordered a new compressor and a day later contacted me and asked if they could come out and install the new one and I said certainly. They fixed the problem and my unit is operating perfectly now I could not ask for better customer service especially after the time frame of 5 years after the unit was originally installed they back up their warranty gave me quick customer service and satisfaction and I am happy that I went with them years ago to install my unit I was charged nothing since the unit was under warranty,thank you Scott and your crew for professionalism and standing behind your product!!
