I had an excellent experience with Ensor and Sours, especially with Beth and Tim. I originally had another HVAC contractor come out twice. They replaced capacitors both times and told me my AC was at the end of its life and would likely need to be replaced.
Beth from Ensor and Sours went above and beyond to help me. Even though she didn’t have a repair technician immediately available, she did everything she could to get someone out to my property. She sent Tim, an installation technician, after he finished another project.

Ensor & Sowers came to our rescue during the sub zero temp winter storm to fix our HVAC and has won us over as a customer from now on. They provided quick service for one of my rentals after an AC failed over a hot weekend. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit back up & running within an hour.
