What a great experience. From the time I was greeted upon entering, checking in, eye exam and ordering glasses what a great customer service. The eye doctor was very understanding and explained things to me so I could understand. They mail your glasses to you! Excellent! I would highly recommend. What a relaxing, unnerving experience.
I’ve had my last two eye exams at this Warby Parker and the experience was A+ from being to end both times. I’m very impressed with the technology they have, they have a machine that doesn’t require dilation to see inside your whole eye. This time I ordered a new pair of glasses and was in and out in under an hour for the whole process. I think WP is technically out of network for my vision insurance but even still my out of pocket expense is less than my former eye doctor (when buying eyeglasses). Excellent care, informed doctors, and really helpful staff. They get me in an out in less than an hour for this yearly appointment and I always leave with so much information about my eye health!
