I went to US Supply in Ardmore, PA at the recommendation of a plumber and was very happily surprised. These folks helped me with a simple problem (clogged aerator cartridge). Rather than keeping quiet and just selling me what I needed, these folks reminded me that Delta may warranty the part and send me a replacement free of charge! I know it's not a lot of $$$ (@ $30) but the integrity that it showed caught me off guard and will use them for future projects (usually more than $30). Thanks very much!

These guys are AWESOME! They bailed me out of am impossible situation where I thought I'd need major repair. Not only was their advice and instructions right on, but the prices for the replacement parts were less than the big box. I'm now a loyal customer for life! Thanks Mike and Harry.

I love this place. If I start at Lowe's I always end up here for the parts I needed in the first place. Now I start here and save myself lots of time. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff.
