First of all this luxury gym fitness is located in one of my favorite suburban in Ardmore. It's conveniently located to all my favorite stores, despite outrageous membership fee, at this point it is just to say if they keep the way they maintain this place the fees calls for it. The staff and the environment is bright and vibrant and fun. It's almost like a little bubble of a sanctuary place. I almost wish they do have an outdoor pool for summer time but then again it keeps it all less busy and chaotic. After joining Lifetime I was in serious need of a trainer that would help me achieve my body goals. As a person who never worked out I was nervous and worried I wouldn't know how or what to do in the gym. I meet a trainer named Shaheen. He was amazing. He's knowledgeable friendly and could clearly see my limits. He didn't push me to hard but I felt accomplished. Ask for Shaheen he's amazing.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Deanna for a cut and color, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results and the overall experience.
