Clients leave feeling happy and relaxed, with their hair looking and feeling great. The salon offers many hair care services and even provides a complimentary piece of Ghirardelli chocolate. The stylists are patient and attentive to each client's hair needs, and they go to great lengths to deliver a great experience and end result. Clients can trust the process and know they will not be disappointed. Overall, Hair Secrets Studio LLC is a great place to go for hair care, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I just first want to say, I've been to alot of hair dressers in the past that haven't taken the time to tell me about my hair and hair in general and how it grows and can grow longer and healthier. Ciera is just the opposite. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to share what she thinks it's take for your hair to get healthy. I really appreciate that. You can tell she cares and took the time to learn alot about her profession. On top of that her salon is very clean, I was seen as soon as entered the door, no waiting for her to finish the client before me. And while she was doing my hair, I didn't have to wait for her to finish eating or talking on the phone....read full review
I had my first appointment with Ciera a couple of weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed with the salon and her approach to hair care. I learned a lot her and left with my hair being the softest and straightest it has ever been without a relaxer. I will definitely be back. Hair Secrets Studio is my new salon!
The shop offers many haircare services, my stylist is kind , courteous, a great manager of time and a bomb stylist. I leave feeling like a million bucks and I get to have a complimentary piece of Ghirardelli chocolate. She never disappoints
