I got NEW FRAMES! Everyone ELSE loved my last pair. Strangers even asked me where I got them, so I got a second pair $$. But guess what? They never quite fit and were too heavy. Constant adjustments did not help. I walked into Ardmore Eyecare to see Dr. Hall one day and saw some that looked made for me on the wall.
It was strange and I was nervous. Mike handles the spectacles. He spent ALOT of time with me answering every possible question. I have some unique proportions and artsy taste. He was knowledgeable, competent and most important, he was patient.

I had a very smooth and efficient experience at this office!! When I arrived at the location, there was plenty of parking in the back and when I entered the office, it looked new and modern. Tori, the technician, called me back very quickly to get the pre-exam tests done and she was very kind and explained what she would be doing. I then saw the doctor, Dr. Patel, who was also very knowledgable and efficient. He answered all questions I had, especially about trying out new contacts. I was able to get a sample of the contacts and prescriptions for glasses and contacts. Mike, who is the optician there, offered if I wanted to try on any glasses and/or buy any. The optometrist is professional and easy to talk with. The office is welcoming. I’m glad they focused on my goal which was to get contacts and didn’t try to upsell me on eyeglasses.
