My daughter has been going to Action Karate for almost two years now. I will Definitely say going to Karate has helped her with her confidence, and has given her a sense of responsibility. The instructors are very kind, and supportive in regard to her growth and development in the class. The only thing I do wish was that some of the things that we are required to pay extra for were included in the biweekly payments. For example when my daughter received her red Karate Gi for black belt leadership I felt that should have been included. And in regard to tournament I feel that should also be included in the biweekly payment, instead of being an additional charge. But overall... read full review

Hi there! Olivia G. Here. I’m a 74 year old senior citizen. For a long time needed an outlet but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do exercise wise. I would go with my daughter and granddaughter to Action Karate Main Line. I would sit there and watch them practice and achieve many goals. One day after back and forth in my head, I decided to join and see for myself. It wasn’t easy at first but I managed to adjust to the many moves taught. I feel a difference with my own mobility. The exercise for senior citizens is implemented. With each class I feel more confident and I’m always challenging myself.
