“We had Dailey do a full home window replacement project, which consisted of 12 double hung windows, a kitchen slider, a large dining room picture window replacement and a massive bay window. All of our original windows were so outdated and inefficient; quite literally falling apart.

We came across Dailey in our search and from a family recommendation from a family member who had used them roughly 25 years prior.

For the size of our project their pricing was right on point, perform the product quality and quality of the install. They met all of our requests in terms of the build and communication was easy throughout. The installers were awesome, easy to get along with and were very efficient and clearly had years of experience in the field. They operated on time and were in and out in 4 days start to finish, with a rain day cutting the day short mid week.

All in all, great work all around. Would recommend for window needs and will likely look to utilize Dailey for other project down the road.“

Even if the owners have their own design team, Tilghman should consider having their own in house interior designer who will verify/optimize the design to best produce a design that fully describes the project requirements (construction specifics) for the construction leads to implement. Modern interior design tools will also help the owners to best visualize the final installation including best possible material color renderings.“

“We used Bella Brothers for a large project - a full kitchen remodel that included moving plumbing, adding electrical etc. We also had them do new flooring, windows, doors, siding and a few other minor updates. Overall we were very happy with them. Tom gave us a great quote and Stephanie the designer did a great job with the design and layout. She made the process of choosing all of our options- cabinets, counter tops, knobs etc. very easy and enjoyable.
On the job site, Richard was our project manager and Pucho was our foreman who remodeled our kitchen.
First, I have to give major kudos to Pucho. He does great work- but not only that, his attention to cleanliness is outstanding. He cared about leaving the job site (our home) as clean as possible during the demo and throughout the remodel process. He swept and vacuumed after each day, gathered trash and disposed of it. He is very detailed oriented and and made himself available to answer questions onsite whenever he arrived and before he left for the day. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and it shows. We felt very comfortable with Pucho in our home.
Richard is a good guy and very easy to work with. Not only did he manage our sizable project, he was involved in other projects as well which I imagine takes quite a bit of work to juggle everything. He made sure our project went as smooth as possible with only a few minor hiccups here and there. There were a few times we felt communication could have been more thorough, particularly with the resurfacing for the wood flooring and communication with the siding guys. Again, we understand there's a lot of moving parts with a project this size and we discussed these concerns with Richard who was very receptive.
As far as other hiccups, the siding guys did really nice work but they seemed somewhat unpredictable with their schedule and their cleanup was downright sloppy. We also discussed these concerns with Richard, showed him examples and he agreed with us and told us they would be addressing.
Overall, the work for this project was done correctly and they finished well ahead of schedule which was amazing. We would definitely consider using them again for future projects.“

“Taki did an amazing job waterproofing our basement. I really appreciated working with Taki because he took the time to make sure I understood the work being performed. When I brought up other contractors proposed services, Taki would explain to me the advantages and disadvantages of the approaches as well as give me the option of which approach I'd like him to take. During the process, Taki would show me the work being done at each stage of the process so I was informed of the work being done on my home.
