I had a roof leak on a rental didn’t really have time to interview and weed out contractors. The roof was patched. Tenant was satisfied. Kahn sent before and after pictures. Paid him. Wouldn’t you know it another leak only weeks apart. Call ASAP. They were there in a hurry. Decided to get roof replaced.
