The owner, Kevin Neill came to give us our estimate. He was very personable and answered all my questions. We are happy with the outcome and feel certain our roof is sturdy and secure -- and it looks beautiful. Just a couple hiccups: Their project manager, Parker -- who was also very friendly and professional -- had to share his time with another job that day. When the crew finished the next day, their power cord was in my front door and I had to leave for work. In trying to tell the crew that it was ok to go in the house to unplug the cord when they were done -- they did not understand me since they don't speak english. I had my roof done on 7/17/26 on short notice. The project manager Sonny was very professional. He kept me informed every step of the way. They did a fabulous job.not only do i recommend them, I'll be doing business again with them in the future.
The Neil and Son roofing company were excellent from start to finish! The process started with Kevin Neil coming up and talking with me about my roof and what I wanted. I really liked that Kevin did not try to pressure me at all about using his company or a particular shingle. As a matter of fact he said we will put whatever shingle you want on your roof and we will tell you the pros and cons of each brand. So, moving forward and after speaking with four different companies Neil and Sons estimate came in almost $4,000 less than the nearest bid.
