My sister was looking for a complete new line of cosmetics . She is 66 . Shelby was so professional and kind . She took her time explaining different products as she used them . She spent time looking for the products she needed to perfect a look . I would highly recommend her for a consult and purchase . Shelby definitely knows so many different lines of products and their purpose . We will be returning . Our visit was a few weeks ago .
Had a wonderful experience today at the store when I went in looking for my favorite (now discontinued) primer. I knew it was a shot in the dark that it would be available at the store but I still stopped in to check. I got assistance from the eye brow specialist in there - Kayleigh - who checked the stock for me, and when it wasn't available she took me the various suitable options around the store to try to find a substitute for me. Ultimately, we found an ulta brand matte concealer that dupes pretty well to the tarte poreless that I would have never found without her. Went in for a shade match this evening. Sierra not only took her time matching me with over 5 different foundations but took her time with the perfect undertone as well.
