Coming from a teen, in most stores we don’t quite get the same attention as adults. In Altoona ulta we always get asked if we need help, and they’re always willing to assist us. But today one stood out, Shelby G. She went above and beyond to make sure I received the products I was looking for, gave me suggestions, cracked some jokes, and even wished me luck with my summer job. She 100% made my day, and I will DEFINITELY be asking for her assistance again. Thank you so much for your upbeat attitude, and attention today!
Everyone at Ulta is always so friendly! I feel like if I need anything they are always right there with an answer. Morgan was so knowledgeable and friendly it was just overall great customer service.
Michele Howard helped me pick my wedding makeup. She was so kind and patient with me. I asked so many questions and all of her answers were spot on with what I was looking for and what she suggested. She did multiple looks with different shades and I never felt more beautiful tbh. The makeup she helped me pick is absolutely stunning.
