Raina always does such a great job. She was able to squeeze me in today for a quick cut. I have long untreated hair. I didn't get anything special. But Raina always takes the time to make sure even simple cuts are exactly what the customer wants.
Brielle might be my new go to girl. She was amazing with my son and gave him “the best haircut ever.” I also had questions about my hair and she was so informative! Good employees are hard to find so I wanted to make sure she knows how awesome she did today.
I have mixed reviews for this trip. Heidi was still as good with her scissors and razor as always. My goal is generally a good cut, more so than a lot of product and styling. This time I got some highlights + did the up to 15 I believe which starts at $77 online. I was told that's the starting point but there is no $77 base. You still have to add toner and other things. Well if you have to do all that then the online pricing should start with whatever somebody can actually get. Not twice as much. Again, not the stylist.
