I look forward to going here as a treat to myself, I never had an issue with the ladies in there they’re very kind and sweet but this current time that I’ve gone she asked me to pay at the bed and told me it was $70.00 for an hour deep tissue(which it is and that’s okay) so I replied with yes at the counter and she said no here. So I took out $80.00 for a $10 tip, and was going to ask her to break my other $10 bill for a $5 so I could give her $15. She looked at my wallet and realized I had more than enough after seeing I gave her $80 and said “no I saw a $10” and proceeded to reach into my wallet, grab the $10 bill and said “this is for massage (pointing to the $70.00) and this is for me (holding $20.00).” I told her no and proceeded with what I said above, even though at that point I should’ve just paid for $70.00 because who in the right mind reaches in someone else’s wallet? Rubbed me in the wrong way considering I come there as a treat and it’s no secret that this mall is dying. I try my best to keep everyone happy and well on their own. But this just wasn’t okay.

Horrible communication skills. They wernt understanding what we were asking or saying which made things very uncomfortable and awkward. They definitely seem to want big tips. Wernt happy with what we had to tip them, asked for more. Definitely take cash and say thats all you have other wise they ask for more. Massage was decent other wise though.

My husband and I had a reflexology appointment on August 26, 2025. We left very disappointed. I have had reflexology from a man who works here. He's amazing. I felt like I was walking on pillows. Today however, my masseuse didn't find one sore spot which is completely unheard of for me. I have plantar fasciitis., tarsal tunnel, and tendonitis. Why didn't I feel any soreness when she massaged me? Doesn't make sense. We paid for 20 minutes. I should have given my money away to a homeless person. This massage didn't help my feet feel better at all. 😒

My back was sore so I decided to get a message in the mall. I had several massages at Helen's in the past and they were usually quite good. In the past I was worked on by an older Asian lady who was very good. This time I was massaged by a younger lady who dug her elbows into my back which was very painful. I left feeling much worse than when I arrived. She was so rough I could not wait for it to be over. If you go there insist on one of the older more experienced ladies. My last experience was just awful .

I used to love going here but so far 2 times she made me give her $20 for a tip after I already gave her 10. That is not fair and very unprofessional and unfortunately now I will have to find another massage place! I would have continued to stay going to Helens and they would have continued getting business from me if she didn't MAKE me pay her $20 for a tip when I already gave her 10 AND spent a fortune on the massage because she asked if she could do 30 more minutes because she didnt do my feet yet! I'm very upset! The first time she made me pay her $20 I let it go and kept coming back but then she did it again today. I'm very upset and I'm going to make sure people know about this because tips aren't required, I tip be cause it's nice to do but to make you tip MORE money is very wrong! I'm sad that I can no longer go to this place. I will find a massage place that doesn't screw you over!
