This was my first chiropractor appt and it was with Dr. Kosicki. I was nervous but she quickly calmed me by listening to my concerns and explaining everything in detail! The adjustments she made brought me instant relief and I look forward to continuing my chiropractic journey at Health First Chiropractic! 5 stars across the board! ?????

I had one of the best massages of my life from Nichole! She relieved so much back pain for me. This was actually my first time here and the building itself is beautiful. The decor is inviting, professional and serene. As soon as I left I called up friends to rave about this business and to refer them all:)

I was recently experiencing pain in the right side of my neck. After a few calls to some local practices to get some information and after reading a lot of reviews I decided Health First Chiropractic was the best fit. They happily accepted me as a new patient over the phone and scheduled my appointment for the very NEXT DAY.
