Frye is the place to go for all of your sweeper and sewing needs. I learned more about vacuum cleaners in the 10 minutes that I talked to Marc than I’ve ever known. Top of the line customer service. Nice to have a business that TRULY wants to help customers.
Bryan the technician at Frye's is the best. My Dyson sweeper was in pretty bad shape.He fixed it all up.It's like a brand new machine.I love it. He was very honest and forthcoming about all the repairs/cost it needed. The lady at the front counter was so friendly and helpful as well. Sorry, I cant remember her name. Frey's sweeper is an awesome place!
Meredith at the State College location was so helpful and knowledgeable, and really took time to explain and show sewing machine options to my kid who wanted to buy one. She was conscious of the price point and what it was needed for, and provided all sorts of extra useful info while there shopping for one. Really grateful to have found this nice shop with salesperson that genuinely enjoys helping customer and taking the time needed to make these kinds of pricey decisions. Thank you!
