We needed assistance getting into our older MAYTAG coin operated laundry machines because the previous owner never gave us the key to the coin boxes at closing. We called Frederick Lock & Key and they were able to drill the boxes and get them opened. They are also rekeying the coin boxes so our boxes will be secure and up to date! The service tech was awesome and so were all the staff in the office! I highly recommend this local family owned business! They made me feelLike a valued long term customer even though this was my first experience with the company.

I was very impressed by the customer service I received by this place. My key broke off in my ignition and messed up the tumblers to where my car would not start. I called Fredericks on a Thursday and the prices they quoted me to replace the ignition in my Vehicle with 2 new keys and programming were very fair. Way less than a dealer. They had the new ignition in stock but couldn't get my vehicle into their shop until Monday to swap it out. In the meantime to save time when my car got dropped off to replace the ignition, they suggested to me to drop my original keys off so they could cut the new ones to match them with the new tumbler, thus saving time come Monday.... read full review
