I'd like to thank Frederick Lock & Key for a wonderful service. ? I couldn't find a place ANYWHERE to copy my car key and they special ordered it for me at a cost effective price that blew away any dealership cost by far. ? I couldn't feel more valued as a customer, and makes the store an absolute pleasure to visit. ? They also have a wonderful collection of local vintage beer cans/bottles and old school school vintage locks. ?There's even a cute keyhole shaped archway within the store i got a tickle out of! ? Thanks again and again, LOVE YOU GUYS! ❤️?☮️♥️

We needed assistance getting into our older MAYTAG coin operated laundry machines because the previous owner never gave us the key to the coin boxes at closing. We called Frederick Lock & Key and they were able to drill the boxes and get them opened. They are also rekeying the coin boxes so our boxes will be secure and up to date! The service tech was awesome and so were all the staff in the office! I highly recommend this local family owned business! They made me feelLike a valued long term customer even though this was my first experience with the company.
