I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! Every visit is such a great experience. The team is always professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

I went with my boyfriend’s mom to get pedicures done as a spa day together. I live in State College, so I normally go to a salon there, but my boyfriend’s family lives in Altoona. I was open to give this place a try. It was very nice inside, and the staff was very friendly. However, during the nail cutting/shaping and cuticle work, the lady who was working on my nails cut and ripped out a piece of the side of my big toe nail, and it is now becoming infected and oozy. I really waffled on writing this review because the staff were friendly, but cutting this part of my nail really hurt at the time, and I had a feeling it was probably going to become infected. My cousin and I were on a girl's day out and decided to have our nails done so we tried this place. What a disappointment, after paying $55 for a full set and not even 6 hours after the polish peeled off of one finger and it actually felt wet when it peeled. This was on a Saturday and by Monday morning the polish on two more nails were peeling off. I did not have my hands in water for an extended period of time or excessive use so there should have been no reason for this to happen other than they were not dried appropriately in between applying polish. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review but I will never waste my time and money at this place again!
