Dr Gates and his whole staff are fantastic, I have seen everyone there but now I strictly see Vince who is a God send. My medical history is so complex it's best to see the same person every time. He explains all of my test results in detail, lets me participate in decisions.. Explains pros and cons to all meds and treatments and even sits in on any video visits I may have with specialists in house and works well with any I have to see outside the practice. I drive almost a hr for my appointments, honestly I would drive 3 if I needed to before I would switch anywhere else

Out of all of the Doctors offices that I’ve been to, this is by far the best. Dr. Gates and his team are just wonderful. I am always treated with dignity and respect, and I’ve never felt like I was just a number. They genuinely care about their patients. It’s comforting to know that we finally have a facility like this in our area that is trying to change the ways of healthcare. Thank you for all that you do for our community! You are a blessing!
