Danielle was amazing and explained the entire procedure very well and checked in with me frequently about comfort. I was self pay and the price was quite reasonable and the appointment was scheduled for the day after I called initially. Which is literally unheard of in derm. I will return with any needs!
The pa was very nice and gave us a lot of information. Talked about different options we could go with. But the front end girls are not the friendliest. They could have a little talken to. They seemed like they hated there job.
I’ve never had any problems scheduling or rescheduling an appointment. No long wait times when I get there. I see Danielle, PA-C, and she is very professional and courteous. She is thorough with her exams and always takes time to listen, explain, and answer questions.
And a shout out to the office staff, I’ve noticed a big improvement in friendliness!
