I have been seeing Dana at a Body Mind Connection for over 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

A Body Mind Connection has helped increase my quality of life. I have been receiving fairly routine massages from Amanda. She is a very skilled therapist. She is able to find sore areas that I didnt know existed. I always feel amazing when I leave. Amanda is responsive to my requests for deeper or less intense work. Dana is great with appointment reminders. Scheduling and communication is easy.
Highly recommend! Great experience and friendly staff. I’ve been getting regular monthly massages. Dana always finds my knots and gets them worked out so I feel much better and relaxed when I leave.
