They work with various home warranty companies and strive to provide a 5-star service to their thousands of satisfied customers. Although they have a few unsatisfied customers, most of whom are home warranty customers, they strive to provide the best possible service in these situations. In emergency situations, HVAC Service Express can respond quickly and professionally. Technicians like John are kind and efficient, able to diagnose and repair complex issues, such as those found in 110-year-old homes. They have excellent communication with customers and work directly with home warranty companies to get the job done as fast as possible. Their office staff, like Doreen, are also very responsive and keep customers informed about their appointments. Technicians like John will even go above and beyond to ensure that customers are taken care of, working well past normal hours if needed. Overall, HVAC Service Express offers excellent service and is reliable in emergency situations.
This company is the worst of the worst. Came out from my home warranty company. If you want to debate me, dear owner of the company, go for it as I'll report you to as many officials as possible after what your people did to me as well as post the video. Double dog dare you . Please go for it.
If your home warranty company pairs you up with this company ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR COMPANY, Demand your home warranty company to send your claim to a more reputable company, Just read their reviews they speak for themselves. Enough said.
Had a service request through our home warranty when our AC was not working. Was supposed to get a call within 24 hours, it was beyond that and us leaving a voicemail and when they finally called, the girl said she would try to find some time to get us on the schedule and never called back despite us saying our home was at 90 degrees due to the heat. We resorted to using someone else and getting refunded from our home warranty company.
