My wife and I recently decided it was time to replace our 20yr old heating and air conditioning system. Thankfully, we weren't dealing with an emergency, we wanted to be proactive before the old system failed. Kory was excellent. He arrived and got right down to business fixing our mini split unit for our business. This was the first time using this business, which we heard about from Bobby Gunther Walsh program on WAEB. Our HVAC man we used for years retired. We highly recommend this company. The technician, Kory, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Very pleased that they were there for our small business.
The Zongora Tech arrived before the appointment (which was fantastic). He was polite and personable and fixed my problem in very short order. I can't recommend this company enough. Completely satisfied.
