I had an exam and ordered contact lenses, when I came to pick up the contact lenses I had an issue where my insurance wasn't coming up as covered. The woman who helped me told me that only my exam was covered and that I needed to contact my insurance company. When I contacted the insurance company they told me I was correct, I get a credit towards my contact lenses themselves and they contacted the vision center to provide an override code for whatever was happening. I came back into the center a day later and I was running late, with only a few minutes to closing Julian was happy to help me. Julian is simply AWESOME!! My son Joshua is VERY particular about how his glasses fit, and Julian was simply AMAZING in his interactions with my son, from ordering new frames on the first vist to helping 'adjust' the glasses on the second visit.. My son and I work off shifts, and it was close to closing time - both times - at Wal Mart Vision Center.. I felt bad about the 'last minute' stuff, but Julian just said 'no worries' and took his time treating my son like he was a valued customer AND a family member, no matter how many times that Joshua asked for another 'tweak' so the glasses felt 'just right' on his head..
