I came in twice within one week, and both times I had the pleasure of being helped by Hannah. She truly went above and beyond to help my sister and me find the perfect concealer shades.

From the moment we walked in, Hannah greeted us so cheerfully and made us feel incredibly welcome. She took her time with us, was patient and knowledgeable, and somehow managed to give us her full attention while also assisting other clients.

if i could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Cynthia was excellent, I suffer with severe hyperpigmentation on my face and have completely given up on makeup, cynthia told me to trust her and she built a routine for me with how to do my makeup. The following week I brought in my mother in law while I was in the salon she was searching for a foundation, she only speaks spanish and was so relieved to have found Cynthia who helped her find everything. I will continue to only go to this ulta for the amazing custom service.

Wonderful experience from Luis, super sweet and very helpful if there’s anyone I would recommend for knowledge and insight for anyone going there for the first time it would be him!
