if i could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Cynthia was excellent, I suffer with severe hyperpigmentation on my face and have completely given up on makeup, cynthia told me to trust her and she built a routine for me with how to do my makeup. The following week I brought in my mother in law while I was in the salon she was searching for a foundation, she only speaks spanish and was so relieved to have found Cynthia who helped her find everything. I will continue to only go to this ulta for the amazing custom service.

I visited this location yesterday, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout and thank you to their clerk, Nancy. I have a mild understanding of makeup and really needed help with color matching and finding the best products for my skin. Nancy was so informative, clear, and kind throughout the whole experience. She matched me with great products and was patient with all my questions. What I loved most was she didn’t push expensive products onto me. She worked with my budget. I highly recommend paying her a visit if you need help
