Took the truck in to be fixed and took 5 days due to the holiday. When we bought the vehicle we were told we would get a loaner vehicle and the service dept said they don’t do that at this dealership. Also we were told the 2 small dents could be pulled out but we had to wait a month so all the paperwork could be put in the system so it would be covered under the warranty. The truck did get fixed but the dents did not. Would have given 5 stars but because the sales and the financing people lied to us about a loaner vehicle and pulling out the dents i can only give 4 stars.
Eric the service advisor has always been good and easy to work with I came back with my vehicle and he tried to take care of me right away I showed him where I found a vacume leak and he got a tech to come scan my vehicle to help me figure out that I had a bad steering wheel sensor ..
Nabeel and his crew of workers are so nice and polite. They helped us out whatever we need it to get done or our car that they sold us. They even gave us an extra key when we needed one made and rekeyed . when the computer was failing
