I was a new client in search of some help fast! My first contact was with Trish, on the phone, who couldn’t have been more pleasant and understanding. She scheduled me with Nettie that same day. She was so kind and even stayed a little longer that day because of me. She understood my needs and reassured me that she could help me, which she did, and then some I will never forget her words “ there is always a solution”. Nettie is top notch in her profession and I cannot thank she and Trish enough for their expertise and empathy. I wish I would have started my journey at Richard Kroll but can assure you that I am in for the long ride!Thank you ❤️

My first visit to Richard Kroll Total Image Salon was great!Natasza did my color which was perfect! She cut and styled my hair just as I requested. She did an excellent job!I will positively return and I highly recommend this salon. I also think their pricing is fair and reasonable.Services: Haircut
