We needed HVAC emergency service. I called other companies and they said 2 weeks. I called Kenny at RES and he came the next day with an associate.
They were kind and professional. They were very methodical. Found the problem quickly and diagnosed it, fixed it easily.

Kenny from Reliable Equipment Service and his team are phenomenal. Kenny has maintained our HVAC and Refrigeration for 3 different locations which include 3 walk-in refrigerators, 2 walk-in freezers and 6 HVAC systems over the past 6 years. We had the bad luck of our walk-in refrigerator breaking down in the heat of summer but we called Kenny and within 1 1/2 days, we had a new compressor unit and evaporator installed and we were back up and running. We are very fortunate to have found Kenny. We run restaurants and he has always been there for us when we needed something. He thinks out of the box which is a huge plus and makes it a lot easier. He has resolved issues for us which big label companies could not figure out or had no clue.
Very reasonably priced and trust worthy.
We have used multiple people/ companies to address our needs before . But Kenny is a one stop shop for all our needs.
