Working with NuStream Marketing was a great experience. Kevin and Brian stepped in immediately when we lost access to our business emails due to an issue with a third party website company. As the owner, Kevin personally took the time to hop on the phone with me for over an hour and worked through the issue until we regained access.
For a business like Prime Home Improvements, email access is critical, and their urgency, communication, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting us back up and running as quickly as possible.
Man! Where to begin!So in 2012 I first started my company, and I hired a company called yoddle to build my webpage, manage my SEO and handle my PPC campaign. It was a complete disaster, they built a terrible webpage, got no results over 6 months, and wasted lots of money on my PPC campaign. I broke contract, paid the surcharges and I switched from them to Madwire360. They built me a new webpage. But I had to hand hold them every step of the way. They wrote content that was full of technical mistakes anyone could have googled to verify. Working with NuStream to build a website and market my small business has been a rewarding process. I appreciated the individual attention I received as we built a website from scratch, designed a company logo, and laid the foundation for an SEO campaign. In particular, I enjoyed working with Kevin Fidler and Tony Ortiz. They are consummate professionals and have the patience needed to accommodate clients who are new to web design and digital marketing. To top that off, they understand that many new small businesses have a limited budget to devote to marketing, and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price.
