Janet Miller was exceptional in the time that I was lucky enough to use her services back when I was living in Pennsylvania. My mom and I first met her in 2012, when my mom was in danger of not getting her tax return in by the extension date and did not have a vast majority of the documents needed on her nor had the ability to access IRS support due to government shutdown at the time. In a serendipitous coincidence, Janet's office happened to be just across the street from the apartment complex we were living in at the time.
