MBI Heating and Air Conditioning

I have not personally used this company, but I can tell you that their technicians are friendly and kind. I was driving past a technician today and I was visibly frustrated and angry, and the man driving the vehicle took the time to roll down his window and ask if I was okay, I was technically but dealing with Health Insurance people, but that one small act of kindness changed the trajectory of my day. I will keep MBI in mind for any future needs I have!

I was so pleased with the courtesy help I got when the AC stopped working in this heat. Right from start Jen was so professional and considerate, she promised to do her best to get someone out today and if not then first thing tomorrow and she came through, so very grateful thank you! I was referred to Frank by other plumber because the heater system I have and after two proposals. Frank's went above and beyond with us. He explain me everything and the price he give me was very reasonable in comparison with the others. I'll definitely call him again if I need it and if someone ask me I'll said "call this guy".
