My brother and I worked with Marissa recently to sell our aunt's house in Macungie, PA. From our initial contact with her to completion of settlement it was a great experience. Marissa is highly organized and professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, responds to any and all communication promptly, and beyond all that isn't afraid to 'roll up her sleeves', so to speak, to explore taking care of minor repairs and concerns that need doing. Plus she will take care of securing a contractor to take care of small or larger jobs as required. Additionally, she has great insight into setting up a house for staging as well.

Marissa was awesome to work with. Always answered/returned my calls promptly. Provided me with additional information when requested. Set up appointments when I asked. Made herself available to my schedule (out of town buyer). Provided options for lending companies and made my overall experience enjoyable. Great person with lots of energy!
