I’m super disappointed with this company and their unprofessionalism. I called at the end of Jan because I’ve had a condensate pump that was frozen over and was looking for an estimate on fixing that problem. It took them a week of not calling me back until I reached out to them again. They said they were slammed and were going to try to come out soon. I figured that was reasonable because we just had freezing temps and I’m sure other calls were more urgent.

A couple days later, apparently the tech happened to be in the area and asked if he could stop by. I only had a two hour warning and wasn’t home so I had to call back and try to reschedule this appointment...read full review

We were recommeded by a friend and I couldn't have been happier with the prompt service we received. Jack was very courteous and professional and was very reassuring he was going to get the job done. He showed up
