***Excellent sediment & mineral/iron filter installation!*** We have a well & the filter that was in place when we purchased the house had to be changed monthly. Jim installed an EcoWater system that now only needs to be serviced once/year. What a relief! He showed me how to use the free app to monitor the home’s water consumption so now we will know if there are any plumbing leaks anywhere in the home - even if we are not home! What a convenience! The installation was quick. He was also great with my dogs, which is super important with a service person! We have multiple systems from Long’s. Jerry came out to service them and did a fantastic job. He explained everything very well with testing the water when he was done. Highly recommend Long’s for any of your water needs.

Well I thought we had top notch service before, then we were BLOWN AWAY when Jerry showed up! This guy was very respectful, and did a wonderful job. We also loved how Jerry REALLY wanted to spend time with his wife since that is all he would talk about while he was working here! Over and over Jerry kept talking about how beautiful his wife was and how he couldn't wait to get home to see her. What was most surprising was Jerry's singing voice. While I was upstairs I could hear Jerry singing quite a beautiful song while he was inspecting the water system. When I asked him what the song was he simply said it was a tune he was working on for his wife. If... read full review
