***Excellent sediment & mineral/iron filter installation!*** We have a well & the filter that was in place when we purchased the house had to be changed monthly. Jim installed an EcoWater system that now only needs to be serviced once/year. What a relief! He showed me how to use the free app to monitor the home’s water consumption so now we will know if there are any plumbing leaks anywhere in the home - even if we are not home! What a convenience! The installation was quick. He was also great with my dogs, which is super important with a service person! Preston (the installer) was very helpful and easy to work with! I would give five stars to him. On the other hand at the office Amy was not an easy person to work with she wants things done her way without thinking who pays for service, they changed my appointment and time in a very difficult situation.

Shout out to Jerry and his co-worker who happened upon us while my neighbor, myself, and my wife were trying to clear a tree that had fallen across the road. Instead of just driving past, the two of them got out and helped us get it clear. Thank you!
