I had a medical problem and didn't want to go to the hospital ER. I found this express care and I made an appointment. The front desk was very friendly and professional making sure I knew that they bill as a hospital ER not like a urgent or express care center. They took my insurance and would submit it but if it didn't cover the charges I would be responsible, no problem that's how they all work. The waiting room was very clean. The exam rooms are clean as well as the restrooms. I saw a nurse practioner she was on time, friendly and professional. I had a shoulder replacement by Dr. Lewullis and a knee replacement by Dr. Lebby and this morning a knee manipulation by Dr. Lebby, this hospital and doctor & nurses and all staff are incredible! I never had one bad experience while here. I rather stay out of any hospital but if I need to be in one, this is it, and also they got good food
I have been to see this medical staff over six times in the past three years.They are all exceptional employees. Very professional and kind people.I am so blessed to be able to see them for care... I would not go anywhere else..Thank you so much everyone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
