Jen Hovans Hair Design Studio is the best hair salon. The stylists are exceptional, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and very caring. They take their time, listen carefully, and work with precision and unique techniques to achieve the styles, color, and cut you imagine. The salon is nicely designed, well cleaned, and very well run. The receptionist does her job well, making rescheduling easy. Customers always leave feeling like a million dollars with hair that feels amazing. They are never disappointed and highly recommend the studio, looking forward to returning for another amazing experience.
I was in a jam, I came to town for a class reunion and got my hair done elsewhere and my updo ended up being a complete mess. I reached out to Jen and she was kind enough to open up the salon to fix my hair for me last minute on a Saturday to redo my hair and save the day so I could attend my reunion feeling happy and confident. Thanks for going above and beyond for me Jen.
