Shaun the Technician was very professional and personable. He was on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. He provided a clear explanation of what he was doing and actively listen of the past issues that I had encountered. I would definitely would request him for any future service issues.
Have a regular maintenance plan with them since they put in our two heat pumps 5.5 years ago. Always have had pretty good experiences overall with the office and whoever comes out. Today specifically we had Jordy, who was awesome. Polite and friendly, thorough and took time to answer all questions I had. Very pleased with the service and would welcome Jordy again in the future.
