J&D Google reviewHoly mackerel. I wish I had found J&D many years ago during my appliance-owning life. Dealing with J&D has definitely been the best experience I've ever had with a repair service of any kind. I had a problem with my microwave and called J&D. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the part that was needed and delivered and installed the part in record time, all the while keeping me up to date on what was happening with regards to my order. I, too, have used J & D Elec & App here in Allentown for small repairs on my washing machine and to repair a wire on my gas stove. Have used them for the last 5-7 years. Always easy to get an appt in a day or two. Always on time, prices are reasonable. Very knowledgeable. Even recommended them to my sister in Whitehall. Call them; you won't be disappointed. I was desperate to find someone to fix my Fridge ASAP, I looked for reviews online and the places I called said they couldn't fit me in for a week. I stumbled upon J&D and they were able fit me in within 24 hours. The repairman was professional and respectful and right on time. He quickly diagnosed my fridge, gave me a quote and ordered the part we needed and gave me an appointment time 2 days later once our part had been delivered. He showed up exactly when he said he would with our new part and was quick and affordable. Not sure where the bad reviews came from but I had a great experience!
