Ted was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us. Our dishwasher broke the day before our big thanksgiving dinner where we were hosting 18 people. Ted found availability for us in his busy schedule. It turned out that we needed a part for our dishwasher that wasn’t due to be in until Friday, so we were sort of screwed for thanksgiving. Well Ted ended up finding the part for us and he came back late that same night so we could have a working dishwasher for Thanksgiving.We will never use anyone else.Service: Dishwasher repair

We called Mr Crocus he came out. HE SAID NECT DAY THAT'S SOONER THAN SEARS COULD COME OUT. HE cane the next day for a range relay board - He took the panel off w 13 screws and told us the problem was the board said the cost & that it would take 3-10 business days. 9/29/22.10/17/22 I called about the board no answer.10/20)22 I called again left message & called back 1 hr later he answered - I repeatedly gave the address and name & he finally remembered by saying oh yeah now I remember. Told us it was in a pile of papers waiting for parts. It was already 16 business days. I'm told by Sears it takes 3 for a board 1wk to refurbish it.He said in the second Thursday call 10/20...read full review
