Excellent...Excellent...Excellent . I've had two separate heating and AC units put in. I've met several different servicemen, who have all been extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Initially I met with the owner, who came to my house and explained the new systems. He was great, and as well as Ashley, the receptionist, who was polite and helpful every time I called. I highly recommend ICS!
Absolutely outstanding experience with ICS Heating and Air Conditioning for my recent HVAC repair! My air conditioning system started making a strange humming/buzzing noise, and I was worried I was looking at a full AC unit replacement. I called around and several HVAC contractors quoted me thousands of dollars to replace the entire system without even running a proper HVAC diagnostic.
