Your well informed technician, Clay, was very thorough as he worked through our air conditioning issue, as well as most patient and responsive to the operational questions we asked of him. If I were Clay’s employer, I would do everything possible to keep him on my payroll!!

I have a service contract with Hannabery and today was when the service tech came to go over my heating and air-conditioning unit. I’m always very satisfied with their work; extremely thorough, welcome any questions I might have, respectful of property, and he always checks my filter to make sure I have it in correctly. Unfortunately once again I didn’t pass the test, ?and once again the tech explained to me different brands of filters require a certain way of installing. He is a very patient man.
