I have a service contract with Hannabery and today was when the service tech came to go over my heating and air-conditioning unit. I’m always very satisfied with their work; extremely thorough, welcome any questions I might have, respectful of property, and he always checks my filter to make sure I have it in correctly. Unfortunately once again I didn’t pass the test, ?and once again the tech explained to me different brands of filters require a certain way of installing. He is a very patient man.

Happy with the service. They aren't the cheapest, but the price was reasonable. Cheaper isn't always better. Tech came out, was very professional and knowledgeable. made sure concerns were addressed.

Within one day, Hannaberry HVAC sent a young professional named Nick to service our leaking humidifier, which was attached to our heating unit. Nick did a thorough job of assessing our system and disassembled the humidifier to find a very small tube which had a tiny leak and had the part in the truck and fixed it immediately. Thank you Nick. I have a very happy wife. Bill M.
