I had a blood clot to my retina and have seen more eye doctors in the past year and a half than most people see in a lifetime. Dr. Stella Lou and ALL of her staff are professional and caring. Most especially impressive is Jackie who speedily and efficiently took care of my complex scheduling needs through the VA. The testing goes fast at Hamilton Eye, unlike at Wills Eye, that takes hours with one person per each test, test then waiting room, test then waiting room, test then waiting room. What a pleasant surprise at Hamilton Eye, they are doing something right to have a caring staff from front desk reception to the last stop of scheduling.

Absolutely the best doctor and staff I've ever been to in my 71 years! Dr. Stella offers not just expertise and confidence but compassion as well. I just had cataract surgery and I haven’t felt that comfortable with any doctor. What an awesome experience!

Highly recommend Hamilton Eye Institute! I experienced cataract surgery here by Dr. Stella Luo. Not only is she an accomplished surgeon, but she puts her patients first, clearly explains everything and answers all your questions without rushing. Add to that a wonderful staff who are pleasant, caring, work as a team and clearly know their stuff. I'm very pleased with the results and the experience.

I was referred to The Hamilton Eye Institute from the VA for Community Care. Jackie made the intake process an absolute breeze. Jackie knew exactly who to call when needed at the VA. There was no waiting for anything. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the approval for the care I needed. Dr.Betsy Luo and her staff are passionate and caring and have taken great care of me.
