Gretchen is the best hairstylist for curly hair. I have been going to her for years. Whenever I receive compliments on my hair, I refer them to Gretchen. Great location and it is 1:1 appointments so no feeling rushed or uncomfortable in a busy salon.
I’ve gone to Gretchen a few times now. But this is the first time I used her recheck service. If in the first 7-14 days, you style yourself and need some refinements, you can book your appointment and get it refined free of charge. I have never had this offered before at any salon. I of course explained what I needed - shorter layers at top and thicker bang cut and she delivered as always. Gretchen is a true gem! She not only is an expert at her craft (and has helped me embrace my curls) but she also is an exceptional person full of kindness and fun!. Even my teenage son can’t wait for appointments with her just to hang out and catch up. I cannot recommend Gretchen enough for any service, but if you’re a curly hair girl, she is the best!
