The company I work for has been using Jeff for their IT service almost from the time Jeff started. Very knowledgeable, knows his stuff. He is very responsive. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, he'll be on site in a very short time. He is cool, even tempered. I have yet to see him throw a laptop out the window :) One of his stand out skills is his teaching.
