I finished my braces treatment here recently and the before-and-after difference still surprises me when I look at old photos. My teeth were crowded pretty badly, especially on the bottom row, and I honestly thought fixing them would take forever. The orthodontist was realistic from the beginning about timelines and possible discomfort, which I appreciated because nothing felt misleading. Some appointments ran a little behind schedule, especially late afternoons, but once you’re in the chair they stay focused and efficient. My daughter was terrified to get braces because she heard horror stories from friends at school, but the assistants here handled her anxiety better than expected. They explained each tool before using it and kept checking to make sure she was okay during the appointment. The first week after placement was definitely uncomfortable for her, but they gave us wax, care instructions, and even recommended softer foods that helped a lot. The office atmosphere feels organized without being overly formal. One thing I appreciated was that they never pressured us into unnecessary upgrades or expensive add-ons. Love Dr Frey and the whole staff! Such a well run office and so professional. My experience with Invisalign took a bit longer for me, but he was very patient. I am so pleased with my results! Was so worth the time and effort. Actually sad my treatment is over! Will miss Dr Frey and company!
