Fixed my computer screen in a timely manner, and it now functions better than when I first got it years ago. Apple refused to give me a new screen since I have a 2019 MacBook Pro, so I didn’t really know where else to turn.
Epoch IT does charge a $150 diagnostic fee, and they bill $150 for each hour work. Luckily, since I knew the issue when I brought it in and it was a quick fix, they were generous enough to waive the service fee.
The part itself was $500, so the high price that I paid to get this computer fixed of just under $700 was more than I expected to pay, but very reasonable considering that Apple was going to charge me... read full review
