The sales process was outstanding. One of the things that immediately set Dual Temp apart from other vendors was the level of detail in their proposal. They provided a fully itemized estimate showing the costs for equipment, parts, and labor. Not every company is willing to be that transparent, and I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism. It gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision rather than simply being presented with a single project total.

Thank God for Patrick, his dedication, skills professionalism , perfection and honesty . For many years my furnace was chocking from not being properly cleaned or ever assembled correctly after provided so called maintenance. Thanks to Patrick everything works well looks great and I finally found a peace of mind. Very reasonable price as well. Sooooo grateful ?
