Dr. Karpo is a top notch Optometrist using her decades of experience and knowledge combined with state of the art equipment for excellent service. Her staff is head and shoulders with regards to scheduling, insurance forms, correct measurement for eyeglasses to follow-up. 5 Star recommendation for this practice.

Dr. Karpo is very thorough and the staff is very friendly and helpful in picking out new frames. Got my visit in a timely manner and the office is always clean. Great find!!

I've been going to Dr Karpo since I've been 10 years old. She's made alot of money off of me and my family. But the women at the front desk are terrible and have been since they started. I miss when she use to employ the interns from college. Was a much better business. Both women from the front desk seem frustrated and over worked all the time. They're extremely short when they talk.

Anyone insinuating that Patrica is rude on the phone obviously doesn't realize when you ask questions that are ridiculous or are rude to the staff , that usually means they are trying their best to be nice to you. Patricia is very highly liked and very knowledgeable. Please remember to speak kindly to humans and they will speak kindly back . This is a very highly recommended place !

I used to be a patient of Dr. Karpo for years. She's seen me and my whole family, she's truly a great optometrist and she's very friendly, however I've taken my business elsewhere because Patricia is always really rude when answering the phone. It's unnecessary and honestly unbearable.

My 4 year old had an appointment this morning and it was the worst appointment I have ever been to. Doctor Binae has NO business seeing pediatric patients. She was very impatient and spoke to my 4 year old like she’s an adult. She become increasingly annoyed with my daughter. She told her “I can’t help you if you won’t do my exam” “this is why they need to know there letters” “I don’t do pediatric exams” Absolutely disgusting behavior towards my four year old. I was told to reschedule. I will never step foot back in that office. If your office doesn’t do children exams then please do not accept 4 year old patients. Had I known, I would of GLADY went somewhere else.

Great practice, I've had prescription glasses for about 10 years now and out of all the frames I've gotten the ones I was able to get here were the best. My insurance changed and I am no longer to go back, it's making me consider switching insurance again

Dr Karpo is "old school"...she is extremely compassionate and takes her time...you never feel rushed. She has incredible bedside manor and explains each step as she examines you. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff are always welcoming and are the epitomy of what customer service should be. I've recommended several people over the years and they would agree to all of the above. Lets support small businesses like this one!!!
